Personal data protection policy in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)
When visiting the official website of the Lubich Hotel Concept, we may request your personal data, which includes: your name and contact information, date of birth, place of work, your position, gender, citizenship, mobile phone number, postal address and email address, data on documents required for identification (for example, passport number and series, its validity period), credit card details, dates of arrival and departure, your preferences when settling in the hotel, any other information that you voluntarily leave on the official website.
Your personal data may be used to provide the services you request: room reservations, membership in Loyalty Programs, sending news and special offers. Your personal data may also be used to improve the quality of services at the Lubich Concept Hotel, conduct market research, send invitations and information about new services at the Lubich Concept Hotel.
Information may be provided to third parties in exceptional cases provided for by the current legislation of Ukraine, international regulatory legal acts with direct effect regulating the personal data of individuals, only with your consent.

If you make a booking or payment on behalf of or in the interests of third parties, the information you provide about these third parties is collected and processed by Lubich Concept Hotel under the same conditions as your personal data. By providing such information about third parties, you confirm that this third party is familiar with these conditions and understands their consequences, and also provides unconditional and full consent to the collection and processing of their personal data in accordance with this privacy policy, and agree that access to such information is possible from your account section.
To the extent necessary for the proper provision of the services you have selected and booked, we transfer your personal data to third parties as set out below, as the services cannot be provided without such transfer. Lubich Concept Hotel has the right to transfer your personal data to the following legal entities, to the extent necessary for the provision of the services you have selected or booked – who provide the services you have booked. Please note that such companies may contact you to obtain additional information about you, to assist you with booking services, or to respond to your comments, as far as this is related to the provision of the services.
We make every effort to ensure that you can visit and use our website as safely as possible. Therefore, we comply with the provisions of Article 32 of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter referred to as the GDPR) to ensure the protection and security of personal data.

Rules of residence:
Payments on the territory of the Lubich Concept Hotel are made exclusively in national currency at the exchange rate of the National Bank of Ukraine for foreign currencies on the day of payment.
When accommodating children under 6 years old (inclusive) with their parents in the same room without providing a place, there is no charge for children. The cost of an additional place is 1500 hryvnias.
The hotel rooms differ in interior design and area depending on the room category.
The room rate includes: breakfast, Internet access (WiFi), television, towels, bathrobes, slippers, cosmetic set, mineral water.
An additional tourist tax of 40.00 hryvnias per person per day is charged.
The hotel accepts cash and credit cards for payment.
Check-in and check-out time at the hotel starts at 2:00 PM local time on the current day.
Guest check-out time and check-in time is 12:00 noon local time on the current day.
Check-in until 2:00 PM is an additional paid service and is subject to availability.
For stays of less than one day, payment is made for the full billing day.
For early check-in from 07:00 to 14:00, payment is made in the amount of 50% of the room rate for one billing day, subject to availability of rooms on the day of arrival.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS:
Cancellation of the reservation without penalty – 7 days before arrival, unless otherwise provided by the terms of the contract or the terms of booking at a preferential rate. In case of no-show, a penalty of 100% of the cost of the first day of stay in a room of the corresponding category will be charged.
CONDITIONS FOR STAYING WITH PETS
Staying at the hotel with a pet is prohibited.
SMOKING PROHIBITION
According to the Law of Ukraine No. 4844-VI dated May 24, 2012, smoking of tobacco products, electronic cigarettes and hookahs is prohibited throughout the hotel (rooms, corridors, lobby and restaurant). Smoking is permitted in specially designated areas of the hotel.
