The elegant arithmetic of calm: 3=4
At the Lubich estate, time flows differently, and mathematics obeys the laws of hospitality. Book two nights on weekdays, and the third will be our compliment to your vacation.
Your privilege to choose:
✦ 3 = 4: Choose three nights — we give you the fourth night for your absolute privacy (on weekdays).
The essence is simple, like all ingenious. Why do we need it? Because in two days you will only have time to unpack your suitcase and get used to the fact that under the windows there are no highways buzzing, but the Stryisky Park rustling. The real immersion in the atmosphere of Edmund Lozinsky's estate begins exactly when you stop counting the hours until departure.
Let's move away from romance and talk about hardware. Nowadays, the "work & stay" format is not just a LinkedIn buzzword, but survival. When you're looking for a hotel for work, you don't care much about the color of the curtains. You care about the power outlets.
We often see guests in historic buildings struggling with decorative tables that barely fit an iPad. It’s a pain. At the Lubich Estate, we took a different approach. Because we’re a concept hotel without a classic lobby (we have a living room, like in a real house), each of the 31 rooms was designed as a private space where you can both sleep and close investment rounds.
Here's what you'll get if you plan to work with us:
Energy independence without compromise. Our generator powers more than just the light bulb in the hallway. The outlets work, the internet works, the coffee machine works. This is the base.
The silence of thick walls. Austrian buildings are not modern monoliths where you can hear your neighbors arguing behind the wall. This is a privacy that is hard to find in the center.
Light. High ceilings often create a semi-darkness. If you need a desk lamp for evening work, just say so. We know that dim lighting kills productivity faster than poor Wi-Fi.
By the way, if you want maximum privacy, ask for rooms in the Wing. There are only nine of them. It's actually a hotel within a hotel.
How not to fail a business event in Lviv
MICE (business tourism) has changed today. Large, faceless halls in glass towers are boring. They don't create memories. We offer Gallery Art Space — 140 square meters, where up to 60 people feel comfortable. This is not a "box" for training. This is a space with character.
When we organize conference or a strategic session, we focus on “flexible seating.” Do you want a classic “theater” for 45 seats? Please. Do you need U-shaped seating for tough negotiations? We will do it. But the main thing is the banquet service from our restaurant "Lu". Classic recipes, European presentation and not a single hint of the plastic sandwiches that are usually served on forums.
Advice from practitioners: when choosing a location for an event, always look at the logistics. We are located at Ulasa Samchuk, 6. It is next to Stryisky Park. This means that your partners will be able to breathe a sigh of relief after negotiations, just by stepping over the threshold.
Restaurant "Lu" and gastronomic pragmatism
We are not trying to surprise you with a deconstruction of borscht. We simply cook it as we would for close friends in an aristocratic estate. It is a combination of Ukrainian soul and European restraint. Dinner on a summer terrace overlooking the park is the same “elegant tranquility” that we claim in the title.
If you are planning a long stay, write to us directly. We do not like standard package solutions when it comes to guests who become part of our story. An individual offer is not marketing, it is common sense.
Lviv is not about rushing. It's about the ability to stop in time. And if you need to steal an extra day from your calendar for this, we'll help you with that. We're waiting for you at Lubich Concept Hotel. A place where 3 really does equal 4.
Stay longer to experience the atmosphere of aristocratic Lviv without rushing.
