Public offer agreement for the provision of hotel services<\/b><\/h3>\n

\t\t\tThis Agreement is a public offer (offer) Individual entrepreneur Frey Khrystyna Yaroslavivna<\/b> (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cContractor\u201d), acting on the basis of Extracts from the Unified State Register<\/b> 3121305760, to conclude an agreement for the provision of hotel services with any individual or legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the "Guest" or "Customer") on the terms set out below.<\/span><\/p>\n

1. General provisions<\/b><\/h3>\n

\t\t\t1.1. In accordance with Art. 633, 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine, this Agreement is public, and its terms are the same for all consumers. 1.2. Registration and confirmation of a reservation on the website lubichhotel.com<\/b>, as well as making a payment (including partial payment) constitutes unconditional acceptance of the terms of this Agreement.<\/span><\/p>\n

2. Subject of the contract<\/b><\/h3>\n

\t\t\t2.1. The Contractor undertakes to provide the Guest with temporary accommodation services at the Lubich Concept Hotel at the address: Lviv, Ulasa Samchuka St., 6, and the Guest undertakes to pay for these services in accordance with the selected tariff.<\/span><\/p>\n

3. Booking and payment procedure<\/b><\/h3>\n

\t\t\t3.1. Room reservations are made through the hotel website by filling out the appropriate form. 3.2. The cost of services is indicated in the national currency of Ukraine - hryvnia (UAH). All taxes and fees are included in the price, except for the tourist tax, which may be paid additionally upon arrival. 3.3. To confirm the reservation, the Guest makes a 100% prepayment using Visa, Mastercard, Prostir bank cards through the Portmone.com payment system or other methods available on the site (Apple Pay, Google Pay). 3.4. The Contractor does not store or process the Guests' bank card data. All payment transactions are made on the secure page of the payment service.<\/span><\/p>\n

4. Rights and obligations of the parties<\/b><\/h3>\n

\t\t\t4.1. The contractor is obliged to:<\/b> provide a room that corresponds to the booking category; provide quality service; adhere to the privacy policy. 4.2. The guest is obliged to:<\/b> pay for services on time; comply with the hotel's rules of stay; compensate for damages in case of damage to hotel property.<\/span><\/p>\n

5. Liability of the Parties and Force Majeure<\/b><\/h3>\n

\t\t\t5.1. The Parties are exempt from liability for failure to fulfill obligations under this Agreement in the event of force majeure circumstances, which include, but are not limited to: natural disasters, military actions, blackouts, decisions of state bodies that make it impossible to provide services.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Cancellation and refund policies<\/b><\/h3>\n

    \t\t\tThis section is an integral part of the Public Offer Agreement. We understand that your plans may change, so we have provided transparent cancellation conditions.<\/span><\/p>\n

    1. Cancellation conditions<\/b><\/h3>\n

    \t\t\t1.1. Free cancellation:<\/b> The guest has the right to cancel or change the reservation free of charge no later than 2 two days<\/b> before the standard check-in time (2:00 PM) on the scheduled day of arrival. In this case, a full refund will be given. 1.2. Late cancellation or no-show:<\/b> If the Guest cancels the reservation later than the specified deadline or does not check in to the hotel on the day of the reservation (No-Show), the hotel will charge a penalty in the amount of the full cost of the night.<\/span><\/p>\n

    2. Refund procedure<\/b><\/h3>\n

    \t\t\t2.1. To cancel a reservation and initiate a refund, the Guest must contact the hotel's support service by email. info@lubichhotel.com<\/b> or by phone +380 (77) 707 22 00<\/b>, indicating the reservation number and full name. 2.2. The refund is made exclusively to the same bank card (or current account) from which the initial payment was made. 2.3. The term for crediting the funds to the Guest's card depends on the regulations of the issuing bank and the payment system and usually ranges from 3 to 14 banking days after the hotel confirms the cancellation. 2.4.
